Alice is a pint sized fitness expert & influencer with a passion for health and fitness. Now a fully qualified personal trainer and best selling author of her debut book ‘The Body Bible’ Alice wants to bring her message of balance and ditching the diet myths to the masses. She encourages everyone and anyone to readdress their eating habits as well as increasing their activity levels to create a healthier, happier lifestyle that is ultimately sustainable!
Her second book ‘Eat Well Everyday’, released at the end of 2016 has been a huge success, with the book entering the charts at #3 in the ST bestsellers.
In 2017, Alice became the Woman’s Health cover star for a 2-month edition, along with being on the front page of the New York Times. Alice has worked with brands such as Active in Style, LDN Muscle, Look Fantastic, Puma, River Island, Sweaty Betty, and many more. We cant wait to see what is in store for 2018!
