Alice Whiteoak

I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Hull, studying the GEMMA course, a 2 year Master's Degree in Women's and Gender studies. I hope to go on to work for UN Women, researching in the area of the sexual and domestic abuse of women across the world. Any time that isn't spent reading and researching for my degree, or writing some kind of article, is spent playing video games and watching Anime.
I'm originally from Birmingham, but after my three years of undergraduate study at Hull University have now chosen to live in Hull with my partner, who is studying for a PhD.
And I'm proud to call myself a feminist.
