Alison Wallace is the CEO of SOS Children’s Villages UK – the UK arm of the world’s largest charity supporting children without parental care. Alison has extensive experience in the not for profit sector and has worked with leading organisations on a range of issues as diverse as poverty, children in armed conflict, the impact of climate change, human rights and the refugee crisis. Prior to joining SOS Children’s Villages, she was Chief Executive of the European Council on Foreign Relations, and she has held senior positions at Amnesty International, ShelterBox, Child Soldiers International, and the British Refugee Council.
