Allan Hogarth is Head of Policy and Government Affairs at Amnesty International UK, where he is responsible for developing political analysis and strategy for the organisation. He covers a wide range of human rights issues including the Middle East, multilateral institutions, South Asia and business and human rights.
He has a keen interest in foreign affairs and development issues, recently completing an MSc from Birkbeck in Global Politics. Other interests include music, keeping the kids entertained and cooking. A keen horticulturist, he is currently exploring the idea of becoming self-sufficient.
