Allan Päll

Allan Päll is the Secretary General of the European Youth Forum.

The European Youth Forum is the civil society platform striving for youth rights, which represents the interests of young people and youth organisations to the European Union, the Council of Europe and the United Nations System. In this role, he co-ordinates a team of around 30 employees and ensures the co-ordination of the institutional relations between the Youth Forum and its partners.

Allan has previously worked in the field of advocating for students rights in leading the European Students' Union as well as the National Union of Students in Estonia and has a background of politics from the University of Tartu. In addition, he has contributed in different roles in high level policy discussion of quality assurance and access issues of higher education, the Bologna Process reforms in Europe as well as advancing academic freedom through Magna Charta Observatory.
