Amy knows that a mentally healthy workplace makes good business sense. She founded Headtorch to enable people to feel good and be more productive at work. Headtorch creates and delivers dramatic stories in live learning & development events and in dramatic e-learning, namely Headtorch WORKS. Developed in collaboration with the University of Glasgow, the e-learning programme’s key focus is on improving behaviours toward a mentally healthy workplace.
