Most CEOs start their days at 6am, but that's often the hour I return home from partying.

That's because I live and breathe parties and have turned this passion into groundbreaking social platform Nightset, which connects the entire nightlife ecosystem and combines my two unique qualities - strong business acumen and an equally powerful party spirit.

Originally from Poland, I fell in love with London's rich and diverse nightlife world while studying at UCL, where I graduated with a BSc in Economics.

It was then that I spotted a crucial gap in the market for a comprehensive tool, which combines the best aspects of multiple social platforms in one, cohesive virtual space, to rejuvenate and streamline the party experience for people and club owners.

To master the key areas necessary to realise my Nightset dream, I worked as a Graduate Analyst in Markets and International Banking with RBS, learning the arts of investment banking, business restructuring and raising investment.

I even went undercover for six months, working as a party promoter for some of London's biggest nightclubs, to gather vital intelligence from venues and partygoers.

And the first, successful prototype of Nightset was born with the help of my brother, co-founder and CTO Andrzej Frankowski, a creative technology alchemist, who has brought my vision to life through code, music and caffeine.

Together, we form an unbeatable team, striking the perfect balance required by such a singular app, between business nous, entrepreneurial passion, technological skill, commercial knowledge and of course, a passion for the beauty of partying.

And I am thrilled to have been named in Forbes' prestigious 30 Under 30 list in Tech, for 2017.
