Anouska Ramsay

Anouska is Head of Talent at Capgemini UK where she has responsibility for recruitment and their entry level talent programmes. Her remit includes Capgemini’s graduate and apprentice programmes including their industry leading Higher Apprenticeship/Sponsored Degree in Software Development and Business Information Management, designed to create future technology and consultancy capabilities.

With a background in occupational psychology, Anouska has worked in both consultancy and in-house roles over the last 15 years helping businesses enhance the way they attract, select and develop talent in their organisation.
