Candice Kern-Thomas

Candice is the 50% owner and director of SA-Consulting Projects, a 100% female B-BBEE Transformation and Empowerment Consultancy. Candice obtained her LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2007 and is an admitted attorney of the high court. Before starting her own business with her partner Candice worked at BEESA Group in 2011 as a Transformation Analyst and Contracts Manager. In addition to her BBBEE experience, she also has experience in litigation, drafting and vetting of contracts, BBBEE Ownership Trusts and BBBEE Ownership transaction agreements.
