Carol Rosati

Based in Somerset and London Carol Rosati is a Director and member of the Board Services Practice at Harvey Nash. Carol joined Harvey Nash in 2006 to establish the CFO practice. She is a languages graduate and holds a post graduate HR qualification. She executes senior level finance appointments, as well as working with her private sector clients to recruit CEO’s MDs and Non Executive Directors During her 24 years in recruitment she has delivered many search assignments in most industries predominantly in the private sector.

In 2008 Carol co founded Inspire, a business network for senior women linking Carol and her colleague Alexa Bailey to many of the senior business women in the UK and US. As well as providing a safe and secure environment for the members to establish new relationships with like minded individuals and interact with peers, the network also provides an opportunity for its members to be identified and considered for new Non executive roles as they arise.

In 2012 the network will continue to expand from the UK and New York, to include events in the Nordics, US West Coast / Silicon Valley, Hong Kong and Australia.
