Caroline Macfarland

Caroline is the founder and director of CoVi (Common Vision), a think tank examining the values, behaviours and expectations of the Millennials and the implications for the common good. Before founding CoVi in 2013, Caroline was the Managing Director of ResPublica, the think tank credited with the "big society" agenda. She has also worked for the Fabian Society, the Big Lottery Fund and was one of the founding team of the charitable foundation Power to Change. In 2015 she was featured as one of Management Today's 35 women under 35.
