Catherine is the food and drink editor for a series of luxury lifestyle magazines and features writer for The Tea Guild - a job that involves eating lots of scones and drinking some of the best teas in the world.

As a copywriter, she has worked with some of the UK's major housing associations and developers, as well as a diverse range of clients including Rotite Technologies in Manchester and Tim Whitehead, one of the country's leading jazz musicians.
