C-J Green

C-J joined Servest’s HR team in August 2009 and has been key in the HR strategy within the business, which has grown from 2,000 to 20,000 employees in the space of a few years. C-J was promoted to Group HR Director in May 2013 to lead the company’s HR function and ensure HR is both accessible and manageable for everyone.

C-J restructured the Servest HR department to give focused support through the centralised functions of HR Shared Services and HR Advice Services. She also introduced a Business Partnering Service to support the Servest operation out in the field, along with a verification process to identify employees’ rights to work in the UK.
