Claudia Spahr is an author, journalist, integrative health counsellor and fertility coach (IIN, AADP, IAHC). She is the founder of HolyMama retreats for mother and child in Ibiza, Spain and Lotus Yoga Retreat in Goa, India. Her book Right Time Baby – The Complete Guide to Later Motherhood is published by Hay House UK. Claudia has worked as a TV foreign correspondent, reporter, radio producer and host. She grew up in Yorkshire, England to Swiss parents, is somewhat nomadic and has lived in London, Switzerland, India, Cambodia and Spain.
