Cloud Saungweme is the Chief Claims Officer at Bryte Insurance South Africa (previously known as Zurich Insurance South Africa). He joined the company in February 2012 and continues to be instrumental in driving a technologically advanced, efficient and seamless claims management process for the benefit of both Bryte Insurance and its customers. Mr Saungweme has extensive industry experience and deep insights on both global and local insurance trends. Prior to joining Bryte Insurance, Mr Saungweme held various management positions in companies such as Protea Insurance, AIG South Africa and Hollard Insurance. He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa.
