After four years of working in the fast-paced cut-throat world of the City of London, I returned to education to pursue a degree in Film Studies.
Along my way, I discovered politics; I've never looked back since and now consider my primary aim in life is to campaign for a more equal society, a more sustainable economy and an education system that's available to all those who have the ambition to succeed. The fact poverty exists in our country, one of the wealthiest nations in the world, leaves me feeling extremely dejected; I aim to do everything I can, with others, to help eradicate it.
