Living and working in North Norfolk and in the Le Marche region of Italy, I am involved with promotion of small organic food producers and the Slow Food movement both in the UK and also in Italy.
My work in Italy includes helping small artisan farmers,olive oil and pasta producers in Le Marche and Umbria promote their produce in the UK I am the leader of the Slow Food Convivium in Norwich.
I also work closely with many small food businesses in Norfolk and I am also closely involved with Slow Food UK in London helping to arrange food related events and markets which promote healthy food and diet.
