Doug Robertson is a fully qualified personal trainer and teacher of the Pilates technique. Doug is also a fitness consultant for the Daily Mail and Evening Standard and the creator of ‘The Perfect Bum’ technique.

Doug developed ‘The Perfect Bum’ technique over the past six years from his work in therapeutic exercise. His technique helps clients to stabilize and re-balance the body following injury and pain. Once the activation techniques have been repeated enough times theperfectbum routine develops into killer bum exercises that will make your bum look as perfect as it could ever be.

As well as teaching ‘The Perfect Bum’ technique, Doug specialises in low back pain and motor control techniques, teaching from his Notting Hill studio alongside a team of complimentary therapists.
