Dr Sarah Jarvis MBE is a General Practitioner working in London and also provides expert comment in the media on a range of health topics. She was educated at Cambridge and Oxford Universities and qualified as a doctor in 1986. She is the Radio 2 doctor with regular appearances on the Jeremy Vine show, and appears regularly on BBC1, ITV, Channel 5 and Sky news to comment on medical stories. She is also the Clinical Director of the health website Patient.info. In the 2018 New Year’s Honours list, Dr Jarvis was awarded an MBE for services to general practice and the public understanding of health.
