Founder of 'The Red X Project,' raising funds and awareness for the charity 'Elephant Nature Park and Foundation'
In 2011, Elaine Ross was an Eco tourist in Thailand with an Elephant Ride on her bucket list. By the end of that trip she had seen the darker side of Elephant tourism and began her mission, not only to discover the truth behind it but to attempt to do something about it. In 2012, she attended 'Elephant Nature Park,' Chiang Mai, Thailand (ENP) and saw what she believed was the perfect blueprint for Elephant sanctuary and rescue in South East Asia.
So moved by her experience, she founded 'The Red X Project' for the purpose of raising funds and awareness for 'ENP.' Her fundraising journey so far has found her diving with Great White Sharks in South Africa and releasing a charity single on iTunes called "Where Will It End?"
Her philosophy regarding the fundraising abilities of 'The Red X Project' are simple and probably best summed up in the historic words of Desmond Tutu "Do your little bit of good where you are, it is those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world."
