Eliot Rothwell

History student at University of Warwick. First delved into sports writing at the age of 15 when he wrote to a lesser local paper moaning about the lack of coverage of local football side Bury FC. They then offered him a writing gig. He then moved onto goal.com where he was offered Premier League accreditation, attending matches and conducting post-match interviews in a press capacity. More recently worked as a freelance writer - whilst studying A Levels and now a degree - and specialises in Russian football and politics, with works published with The Daily Mirror, Four Four Two magazine, SB Nation and others.
