Emma Atkins

Emma Atkins is CEO at Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, which has empowered thousands of young people facing disadvantage in the UK through their unique mentoring programmes led by world class athletes.

Since joining the Charity as Director of Programmes in 2008, Emma has overseen the successful delivery and expansion of all the Trust’s programmes for young people and world class athletes.

Emma is a strong advocate of establishing good practice for social research and measuring the impact of work in the third sector. She's led the Trust to develop its first impact measurement strategy and played an influential role in the development of their social return on investment model.
