Emmie Tizogwere Chiumia is a member of the Association of People with Albinism in Malawi and an advocate for disability rights. She is a member of the Southern African Federation of the Disabled (SAFOD) representing Malawi. The work of Amnesty International and SAFOD is centred on campaigning against all forms of discrimination and for gender equality and universal access to sexual and reproductive rights.
