Erica Heller, a former advertising copywriter, is a published novelist, memoirist and journalist. Her father was the author Joseph Heller, who wrote Catch-22, among other books, so she grew up with a healthy dose of irony and black humor. Appropriately, she lives in New York City. Her book, Yossarian Slept Here, When Joseph Heller Was Dad, the Apthorp Was Home, and Life was a Catch-22, was recently published by Simon & Schuster.
