Fiona Fernie

Fiona Fernie is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of tax investigative experience. Fiona has worked on cases relating to tax avoidance schemes and PAYE/Schedule E investigations as well as cases involving suspected tax fraud that were investigated under the Hansard or CIF procedures.

Fiona is also experienced in forensic accounting work. More recently, Fiona has focused on supporting clients with off-shore arrangements advising on voluntary disclosures including under the so called tax amnesties. More specifically, Fiona is a subject expert in advising clients on the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility and is often called upon by interested parties in both the UK and Liechtenstein to speak on the issue.
