A builder in Docklands to fund my musical aspirations in the 1980s to becoming tour manger for The Cult. PR person for dotcom start-ups in 1999, salesman, estate agent. Now Barista-in-Chief in my own coffee bar, where we also sell and rent houses for people - a hybrid business.

I'm blogging about politics, with occasional asides on music, coffee and the joy of being alive. I'm unreasonably optimistic.
