Geoff Smith

Geoff has worked for the ManpowerGroup for over 16 years and currently has responsibility for the Experis brand across Europe.

In addition to his European responsibilities, Geoff manages the UK & Ireland Experis business, comprising of over 400 staff, 6000 professional interims and 5 partner companies. Geoff has held the UK & Ireland Managing Director responsibilities since 2012 and managed the Experis brand rollout and the integration process of four separate brands, in addition to a number of acquisitions, major account wins and significant revenue and profit growth.

Prior to his current role, Geoff was the UK MD of Elan IT. Before this, he held a number of Operations Director and Program Director positions during his 13 years at Elan IT. Before joining the ManpowerGroup he worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Merck and has a background in bio chemistry holding a BSc honours from the University of Liverpool.
