Glen Poole is author of the book Equality For Men and news editor at insideMAN magazine. He writes at Telegraph Men, The Guardian, The Good Men Project and Huffington Post Men.
Glen has been the UK co-ordinator for International Men's Day since 2010 and he chaired the National Conference for Men and Boys in Brighton & Hove from 2010 to 2013.
A former PR Director of the controversial campaign group Fathers 4 Justice (2003-2006), Glen set out his vision for gender equality in the 21st Century in his popular TEDx talk A New Gender Agenda.
His paper on Integral Gender Theory for the New Male Studies Journal sets out the theoretical framework that underpins his work.
