Haengeun Chi

Haengeun Chi is a former student of Burlington Danes Academy. In October 2013, she is headed to Oxford University to read Maths and pursue her dream of becoming a professor of Mathematics. Alongside her passion for the subject, Haengeun strongly upholds the value of education and passionately believes in the voice of young people. She has actively been involved in the promotion of student voice both in and outside of school. Haenguen has spoken at national events for TeachFirst. She represented her school as the Head Girl, whilst serving the community as a member of the Borough Youth Forum to represent the views of young people to key local decision makers. Haengeun is very excited about working as a My Education Youth Ambassador, and the opportunity to making a real impact on improving education system in England.
