Hayley McCall

Hayley McCall is a Senior Solicitor in the family law team at the law firm HBJ Gateley. Her work covers a range of issues including separation and divorce, pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and child-related matters. Hayley has extensive experience in litigating child-related matters in Sheriff Courts across Scotland. She is also experienced in preparing cases and instructing Counsel in the Court of Session. Hayley is a member of the Family Law Association.
