Helena See

Helena is a Researcher at the parliamentary think tank Policy Connect, where she specialises in education, skills and employment policy. She is involved in running the Skills Commission, the Higher Education Commission, and the Associate Parliamentary Group for Skills and Employment.

Her work on politics and the media under Thatcher and Major has been published by Oxford Journals. She is also a founder of Exposition magazine.
