Ibrahim is a presenter, reporter, filmmaker, web designer and developer.
Ibrahim has reported about Islam for
BBC Radio Cambridgeshire – focusing on Ramadan, the Hajj and local Eid celebrations. He has also worked with
BBC Asian Network, contributing to their programmes and video projects. Ibrahim previously hosted a Saturday sports show on
Cambridge 105 Radio before moving on to present “Youth Corner”, a web series chat show for the youth on
LB24. He is currently a presenter for
Cambridge TV, hosting shows focusing on various subjects such as the arts, culture and technology. Ibrahim also worked for
ITV News, helping the news team to deliver national coverage from the 2017 Wimbledon Championships.
One of Ibrahim's short films was shortlisted for a national film award in 2015. Ibrahim was a 'Regional Journalist of the Year' finalist at the Asian Media Awards 2015, and he was also nominated under the 'Services to Media' and 'Services to Creativity and Technology' categories at the British Muslim Awards for 2016 and 2017 respectively.
