Imran Khan is Joint Head of Criminal and Public Law at Imran Khan & Partners.

Imran is probably best known for his representation of the family of Stephen Lawrence during the private prosecution, inquest and public inquiry into Stephen's murder.

He is Joint Head of the Criminal, Actions Against the Police and Public Law Departments (Inquests, Judicial Reviews and Public Inquiries).

He is a highly experienced Higher Rights Advocate (HRA) appearing at the Old Bailey and other Crown Courts in London and the U.K. He regularly leads as a Higher Rights Advocate in cases involving murder, terrorism and other serious offences.
