Mum of twins, baby-food cookery teacher, and parent blogger
Jackie Novels is a mum of twins with a passion for cooking. She set up and runs Meals for Squeals cookery school in Bristol, teaching parents from across the UK to make home-made food for their babies and toddlers.
In 2014 she was named Business Mother of the Year in the Natwest Venus Awards. In 2015 Meals for Squeals won the Guardian Small Business Network Award for Innovative Home Business.
Jackie also runs cookie decorating classes; school cookery clubs; children's cookery parties; and teaches adult education courses.
She appears regularly on BBC Radio Bristol, writes for parenting magazines, speaks at events, and was a judge at the BBC Food Awards 2014.
