Chief Executive, Kinship Care Northern Ireland
Jacqueline is the Chief Executive of Kinship Care Northern Ireland, a charitable organisation which supports children without parental care to live safely and securely within their own families and communities.
Jacqueline is a Northern Ireland Fellow of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and a 2011 Fellow with Clore Social Leadership Programme. She has a BSc and MSc in Housing, a Masters in Public Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Human Rights and Transitional Justice.
Jacqueline has extensive knowledge of the social care system having grown up in care. Her interests include foster care, kinship care and social pedagogy.
Jacqueline raised her niece for 5 years and was awarded the overall ‘Woman of the Year’ by Derry City Council in March 2014.
