James Ellaby

Having grown up dreaming of being a football journalist, James spent seven years doing just that on football website 4thegame.com, which inspired him to set up his own website to write about his other passions, music, TV, films and video games.

He currently runs New Adventures In Hi-Fi in his spare time around working in the digital industry in Manchester, having also worked in the environmental field.

He's been quoted in The Guardian, retweeted by some of his favourite musicians and wrote a feature for the one and only issue of Time Out Manchester, but doesn't feel that was the reason there was never a second issue.
