Jamie Roberts

Jamie Roberts is the director of some of C4’s most acclaimed and provocative documentaries of recent years. The Jihadi’s Next Door for C4’s Cutting Edge strand saw him gain access to British citizens sympathetic to ISIS, including Abu Ramaysah, dubbed the new “Jidhadi John”. The film was commended as “important and brave” by The Guardian and “shocking and crucial” by The Telegraph. Previously he made Angry White and Proud, which saw him spend a year immersed in the UK nationalist movement. Jamie most recent film is War Child, Exec Produced by double Oscar winner Simon Chinn. The film is set to air at 10.30pm, Sunday 12th March on Channel 4.
