Jane Hallam is the founder of Esteem - No Pause, a range of nightwear, lingerie and lounge wear made specifically for women suffering from hot flushes and night sweats. Jane's inspiration came from her personal experience of night sweats and the desire to find a stylish and effective solution. Now, as well as running her business Jane is encouraging other women to share their menopause experience, to raise awareness of the symptoms and the impact it can have on their lives.
