Jane Wilbur specialises in equity and inclusion and has over 11 years of experience in international development, working in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). Jane manages an action project in Zambia and Uganda that aims to promote inclusive WASH within development. She has also conducted and published research on disability and WASH; evaluated projects and country programmes and established a new WaterAid country programme in Rwanda, with inclusive development and sustainability at its core.
