Jeff Townsend

Jeff Townsend is Head of UK Public Affairs for Aspect Consulting, a political and corporate communications consultancy. He has over ten years of international political experience having worked in South Africa, on Capitol Hill and in the UK Parliament. During his time in Parliament, Jeff specialised in Foreign Affairs and International Development. Jeff specialises particularly in the extractive industry sector, helping to set up and run the All Party Parliamentary Group on the extractive industry in the UK. Jeff was a Conservative candidate in the UK 2015 General Election. In his spare time, he studies and teaches Ju Jitsu.
