Jeffrey Young is in the Managing Director of Allegra Strategies, a London-based management consultancy specialising in the coffee and foodservice industry. Allegra Strategies' leading-edge research and thinking assists growing companies to focus on markets, customers and strategy.
In 2010 Jeffrey established the Allegra Foundation to support the charity Project Waterfal in its aim of providing vital clean drinking projects to marginalised communities in coffee-growing countries by collecting generous donations from the coffee industry. UK Coffee Week™ is the main fundraising programme for Project Waterfall and incorporates:
