Jeremy Field

Jeremy Field is managing director of CPJ Field, a leading family-run funeral directors based in Burgess Hill. Founded in 1690, CPJ Field has been providing personalised funeral services for more than three centuries. Owned and operated by the Field family for ten generations, family is at the heart of the business which Jeremy runs alongside his siblings Charlie and Emily. The team at CPJ Field believe every life is special and create completely individual funerals to celebrate the uniqueness of life. A fully trained and qualified funeral director, from 2016-17, Jeremy held the role of President of the National Association of Funeral Directors, the UK's industry trade association. Jeremy followed in his father Colin’s footsteps who held the role 29 years earlier. Today Jeremy chairs the Policy & Communications committee of the NAFD, and holds a seat on the Global Advisory Group for the National Funeral Directors Association (US trade association).
