Jess Blair joined the Electoral Reform Society in March 2017, having previously served as Policy and Projects Manager at the Institute of Welsh Affairs, the leading Welsh think tank. Jess has also worked in the National Assembly for Wales, writing policy for a political party, as well as in Brussels on lifelong learning policy. She holds a Masters in Welsh Government and Politics from the Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University
