John Biggs AM

John Biggs, Labour London Assembly Member for CIty & East London covering City of London, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Barking & Dagenham. John was elected to the London Assembly in 2000, he is currently chair of the Assembly's Budget and Audit Committees. He is deputy leader of the Labour group on the Assembly. He has a keen interest in regeneration and played His priorities this term include maximising the post Olympic benefits for East London. John is a Governor of Birkbeck College, University of London.
