Joss Saunders' first job was in a government high school in South West Uganda, bordering Rwanda and Congo. He then qualified as a lawyer and worked in commercial law in the City of London. He moved to Poland and taught law at Warsaw University for three years, before moving to Oxford, England to be a partner in a law firm and then work at Oxfam.
