Jules Payne

Chief Executive Jules Payne joined HEART UK in August 2010 from Allergy UK, where she was Deputy Chief Executive.

During her time with Allergy UK, a charity that supports people with all allergies and intolerances, Jules developed key partnerships with blue chip organisations and significantly grew the charity’s product approval scheme. Jules also launched a national pharmacy Allergy Screening Service in partnership with the National Pharmacy Association.

Her previous background was in business development within the commercial arena, including Saga Services Limited, where she launched Saga Car Direct, assessed and closed an existing energy business because it no longer provided good customer value, assessed and proposed a number of new business areas for Saga to enter, including recruitment and introduced a company-wide appraisal system as a result of regular staff surveys. Jules has also worked in business development at Woolwich plc.
