Kit Krugman

Kit Krugman is the Chief Curator at co:collective, a strategy & innovation consultancy, where she leads the organisation change and talent innovation capacity. Kit is also the President and Board Chair of WIN: Women in Innovation, a global non-profit dedicated to paving the path to more women leading innovation efforts. Kit’s obsession is building future-facing communities, especially those with women at the helm. She is also currently completing an Executive Masters in Organisational Psychology & Change Leadership at Teacher’s College at Columbia and holds a B.A. from Yale in Interdisciplinary Literature & Studio Art.
