Konaté Issa is Procurement and CR&S Manager for the Cashew Business of Olam Ivoire, Olam International’s subsidiary in Ivory Coast. Konaté joined Olam through the West Africa Executive Trainee programme in 2010, which included 6 months cross-functional training and a year placement developing a new sustainable procurement model for cashew processing plants. Prior to joining Olam, Konaté worked on timber and cashew operations at Maersk Line. Konate has an engineer degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from IN-HP university in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire.
