Once upon a time I was a TV producer making campaigning programmes and investigations.
Then I had a little boy and less than two years later I had identical twin boys! I slept for two hours twice a night for months and our home usually looked like it had been burgled.
Now I write about the stuff that matters to me and that I hope matters to others. Stuff like trying to raise my kids so they don't grow up feeling entitled (asking them to collect for charity at their birthdays rather than getting inundated with piles of plastic presents) and taking my twins on a protest to save our NHS - the NHS that saved the lives when they were tiny.
