My work blends 15 years of evidence-based therapies underpinned by intuitive coaching skills and 20 years business experience which has evolved to create a unique process and range of services which offer support before maternity leave starts, during early motherhood and throughout the return to work period.

Bumps and the Boardroom is helping to create an inclusive workforce, retain top talent and see more feminine leaders in our boardrooms. Our campaign "Changing 100,000 Lives" aims to positively influence the maternity journey of 100,000 women and girls by 2020. The soon-to-be launched Parenting Project will be an online platform providing inspiration and motivational guidance through diverse and relatable role models to challenge current thinking and personal bias around career advancement, leadership and becoming a parent.
